Elder Mate , is a technology based social business, where this intervention has come up with the effort to support the senior citizen group of our society (above 60 years) by providing them with Doorstep Deliveries of Items, Non-Medical Services, Bill Payment Services and Support During Emergency. The Objective of the cause is to bring all essential services at the doorstep of the senior citizens and to encourage & enable them to use Technology for staying connected with the outer world.
This service is currently operational only in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Elder Mate not only delivers goods and provides services, also they connect their elderly members regularly for checking their wellbeing through a "Phone Call of Joy" to ensure their Mental Health is always at a good pace.
